6.     E-mail / Contact form / Data disclosure to Dental Depots
You have the option of sending e-mails to us or forwarding a non-binding enquiry to us (for example regarding training events) via our contact form. If you send an e-mail to us or contact us via our contact form, we will store your details, including your e-mail address, to the extent and for so long as we require your data in order to process your enquiry. In addition, when using our contact form to enquire about a specific course or a bespoke course, you must also furnish the address. The provision of any further information is optional.

The local training events are organised not by us but rather by third parties (dealers/distribution partners, referred to collectively as: “Dental Depots“); we merely provide appropriately qualified training staff for this purpose. Thus, if you use our website to submit a non-binding enquiry regarding a training event at a particular location, we will automatically forward your enquiry by e-mail to the Dental Depot responsible for that area and, in doing so, will also forward the personal data you have provided to that Dental Depot. The Dental Depot in question will bear liability itself for compliance with the data protection laws applicable to that Dental Depot. The responsible Dental Depot will then contact you (which may also be by telephone and/or e-mail).

By forwarding your enquiry to us, you are deemed to consent to transmittal of your personal data to the Dental Depot and to the Dental Depot’s initiation of contact with you in line with the paragraphs set out above.

You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect without the need to provide any grounds for doing so. For revocation, it will suffice if you communicate this to one of the contacts indicated in our imprint, if possible in written or electronic form (e.g. by letter or e-mail). Your revocation may specifically be declared in writing, e-mail or telephone to E.M.S. Electro Medical Systems S.A., Ch. de la Vuarpillière 31, CH-1260 Nyon, Switzerland, e-mail: welcome(at)ems-ch.com, Tel.: +41 22 99 44 700.
